Catalyst provides local expertise with on–site resourcing plus off shore documentation taking advantage of different time zones and cost effective international resources.

With offices in the U.S. the UK and Australia we serve clients providing on-site team members to help manage the documentation production and workflow with our delivery studios in Argentina and the Philippines. Making the most of different time zones, 24 hour documentation production can be achieved.

On–Site Secondment

Communication and collaboration is the key to any project's success. Catalyst facilitates communication by seamlessly integrating into a clients' BIM team offering a bespoke documentation delivery service to meet the unique needs of the clients' team. Experience has proven that nothing creates understanding and communication like being there to see it happen. That's why, for new clients or complex projects we send one of our project managers to your office to work alongside you building relationships with your team and helping manage the off-site documentation process. You'll have an expert resource at hand for as long as required, becoming fluent in your procedures, protocols and standards.

Once back in our delivery studio, that project manager becomes your Catalyst team leader, training any additional members to be added to your dedicated Catalyst team and building up your back office. The on–site secondment is the catalyst to a successful long term business relationship.
